They're the last people on Earth who should be the last people on Earth.
In this limited run comic series a group of drunken college losers are the last people left alive when an overnight apocalypse turns everyone else into bloodthirsty zombies.
Issue 1:
The Beta Eta Delta House is the drunkest, slobbiest frathouse on campus and it's throwing a wild Halloween party. The party is where the characters are introduced: Jack (he's been at college too long), Doug (kicked out of military school for being too much of a hardcase), Nuk (stoner), Swee (hapless pledge), Sam (graduated years ago, comes to frat parties because he has nothing better to do), Mosby (geek), Greta (nerd), Westerberg (the narrator), Aurora (Goth) and Roy (evil leader of rival frat the Omegas.) The party is wild, then the Omegas show up to make threats. Then after the Omegas are scared off a meteor crashes into the lawn and turns everyone (except our heroes) into zombies starting with the unfortunate Nuk. Issue 1 is a fun start to this comedic zombie horror series. The only real complaint I can make is that the artist drew the characters of Jack, Mosby and Westerberg to look so alike that it is difficult to tell who is who sometimes.
Issue 2
It's the morning after the overnight apocalypse. Doug is the first to realise what is going on when zombies attack. The entire frat house (about 9 people left unaffected) have to fight off the zombies with shovels, car doors and mace. These are intelligent hungry killer zombies and it turns out that Roy and the rest of the Omegas are all now zombies and they're heading for the BED House. And they're hungry. Another fun entry in the series. The zombies speech bubbles are coloured green in a neat touch. The story is similar in tone to 'Shaun of the Dead'. Who will survive this tale of zombies on campus? The story continues in Issue 3 and 4.
